Job Type:

Full-time (20+ patients per week) or Half-time (15 patients per week, minimum)

Therapist must have an Illinois Department of Financial Professional Regulation (IDFPR) issued license: PsyD/PhD, LCSW, or LCPC. This is professional position for an Independent Contractor


We accept most clinical concerns, but we are best known for the treatment of typical families with anxiety, including OCD, depression, attention and concentration difficulties (e.g., ADHD), mood disorders, teens' and women's issues, mild Autism, couples' issues, social skill difficulties, as well as services for the average family who needs a little extra support from a professional.

Our office team is warm and friendly, and the position is rewarding. Therapists are smart, diligent, organized, and able to work independently, but consultation is always available as desired.


Applicants must be generalists, as we see clients across the entire lifespan, including small children, teens, adults, a few seniors, but also parents and families.

You may, however, request prioritization of your specialty and preference.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Provide individual counseling and support to patients
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement behavior management strategies
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions
  • Utilize therapy tools and effective treatment strategies

Requirements:


  • Masters or Doctorate Degree with an IDFPR License.
  • Experience working with children or teens
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques, CBT, ERP, and other therapy principles
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others

Note:
You must have an LCPC, LCSW, or a PsyD/PhD, professional license for this position.

  • Typical pay: $65,000 to $105,000, depending on your caseload size.
  • Compensation: ≈ $ per patient
  • Pay depending on session type (e.g., family therapy, intake, group, etc.).
  • Generous starting pay: 60/40 split—with room for growth
- (Many practices only offer 50/50 or 40/60.)
