- Assist higher-level employees as TFS Coordinator.
- Aid in scheduling pre-determined work activities of Transmission field personnel.
- Assist in collecting data, data entry, and maintaining schedules using approved software.
- Support TFS outage requests, including entering outages into TOA or its successor.
- Participate in meetings with various project, outage, construction, maintenance, operations, and commissioning groups.
- Assist in organizing, coordinating, and attending outage coordination meetings.
- Support higher-level employees in coordinating changes to the work schedule when necessary.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and presenting statistical reports related to work scheduling, crew utilization, etc.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office Tools and MS SharePoint.
