Are you interested in a diverse apprenticeship in the gastronomy industry?

We are currently looking for motivated young talents to train and support our team.

We offer you a diverse apprenticeship in our renowned, multiple award-winning restaurant.

During your three-year apprenticeship, you will be trained in all kitchen stations and learn, among other things, the correct handling of food, various preparation methods, cooking menus and buffets, as well as all relevant hygiene regulations.

Our main requirements for you:

- Secondary school or high school diploma
- Passion for food processing
- Enthusiasm for the profession of a chef
- Good taste and creativity
- Willingness to learn and perform, flexibility, reliability and team spirit
- Initiative and resilience
- Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends and holidays
