Responsibilities:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Call provided and paid for leads to close sales.
Multi-tasking and help multiple clients concurrently.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service- Know how to pivot to additional product lines with every conversation.
Fast and confident sales offerings.
Punctual and Consistent in attendance, professional attire and attitude.

Base pay plus commission/bonus (Total compensation can fall between 70-100k if successful)

Requirements:

Property & Casualty license - must have currently
State Farm experience required
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
People-oriented
Detail oriented
Proactive in problem solving
Able to work in a team environment
Able to multi-task while being compassionate to clients needs
Bilingual Spanish or Armenian preferred
