    YOUR ROLE
    In this position, you use a variety of process improvement tactics, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodology You will collect data and analyze current operating procedures to determine which continuous improvement process technique is the best for our situation with the guidance of the Regional Lead PS Engineer & National PS MBB (Master Black Belt)


    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


    You will be accountable for the Continuous Improvement of site project programme, which includes managing Kaizen activities and Black Belt projects and leading project for management and site.

    Delivery and management of the project portfolio's resulting from DDVSA activity with Operations team
    Leading Productivity and Quality Continuous Improvement project improvements to a Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt Standard.
    Alignment of projects and Continuous Improvement activity to meet both PS Savings targets and Site productivity improvement targets.
    Delivery of DDVSA 6 Week programme as agreed with Operations and the KNPS Regional Lead Engineer

    Management of Continuous Improvement Tracker to ensure savings for sites are validated with financial controllers and data integrity is maintained at all times.

    Support to develop productivity management tools (GRIP) within the sites to ensure consistent measurement and monitoring of productivity at process and site level.

    Support operations in the development of KN Excellence 2.0 levels on site from Blue through to Gold (Ownership rests with Operations)
    Working with the Regional Lead Engineer & National MBB development of the LSS, Yellow Belt in identifying and developing key individuals on site
    Training Yellow Belt colleagues within their local community


    YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
    A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
    Contract logistics management experiencepreferred.
    Experience in delivering Kaizen orRapid Improvement activities based on Value Stream Mapping preferred.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt orexperienced LSS Green Belt
    Proven experience in leading and managing continuous improvement initiatives.
    Experience in demonstrating businessacumen including P & L management and budgeting
    Advanced skills in MS office toolsincluding Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS project and MS Visio
    Experience in using advanced level Minitab user version14 or above

    Proficiency in using computer software and applications relevant to the role, such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and MS Office Suite.

    Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best.
