- Updates and completes mobile work orders received from the maintenance center; completes all work orders within the given timeframe to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Performs troubleshooting support for plumbing, garage door, irrigation and electrical issues unclogs drains, repairs.
- Performs various home repairs.
- High School diploma/GED strongly preferred.
- Valid Driver's license required.
- Universal EPA Certification or HVAC Type II Certification required in applicable states.
- 5 years of relative Residential/Property Maintenance or related experience required.
- Experience includes:
- basic hand tools
- power tools.
- General home maintenance / repairs
- HVAC experience recommended.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) recommended.
- Experience using an Apple iPad preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of occupational hazards and safety methods (OSHA) required.
- Technical training certification desired in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
