Starting pay is $15/hour. Weekly paychecks, 401K, vacation time, and health benefits are available once certain requirements are met. Bonuses for certain milestones and events for our staff are handed out as well.

Experience is a nice plus, but we can train anyone that has the right work ethic and wiliness to learn.

We are always a team first. Anyone joining our team needs to be special and most certainly a people person. All parts of our organization are customer service first; this includes our Clean Team and Grounds Team.

We love to cross train with other Anvil departments because it helps with scheduling and time off requests, so the ability to cross train with Clean Team and/or Grounds Team is a major plus.
