    A VC backed Tech business are currently looking for a Head of Finance to lead their finance function through a period of strong growth
    15th May, 2024


    As this high growth, VC backed health technology business continues to go expand they are looking for a Head of Finance to lead the function and partner with the executive team to help drive the business forward.

    The key duties of the role will include, but not be limited to:

    Ownership of the whole of enterprise financial model including variance analysis, financial projections and commercial analysis
    Budget preparation process and analysis of actual performance against budget
    Competitive and market analysis
    Financial and commercial analysis to underpin and drive strategic projects across the business
    Overseeing all aspects of company's finance functions and reporting including staff payroll and tax compliance
    Managing financial compliance for the company
    Developing policies and procedures for the finance department and implementing processes and controls to improve operational efficiency
    Working closely with the senior leadership team to help develop the company strategy for growth
    Developing robust financial models, budgets and long and short-term business plans

    The ideal candidate for the role will be:
    CA/CPA Qualified
    Have experience leading a finance function, ideally through a period of growth
    Be comfortable working in the detail but also working on strategic work
    Have great communication skills to work with a range of stakeholders
