Office Manager/ Social Media Marketing Expert

Work for an amazing design-build firm in Scottsdale, AZ Fratantoni Luxury Estates is seeking an office manager / Social Media marketing Expert.

We are looking for someone who is dedicated, driven, professional, and self-motivated to join our team


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer
• Perform administrative and office support activities
• Directly assist with incoming leads, coordinate, and prepare for meetings and appointments.
• Run ALL social media and blogs for our companies, MUST be proficient at this.
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
• Maintain a structured and clean front office
• Assist Designers with various tasks

Experience/Education Requirements**:
- **Must be able to commute to our Scottsdale, Arizona Office.

• High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Office Managing, Administration Tasks. 4 years minimum Social Media, or Sales.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think, plan, and execute resourcefully, across multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of general office software and tools (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Dropbox, Mac computers)
• Exceptional work ethic with the ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to take direction, learn quickly, multitask, and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Industry experience in Interior design, Design-Build, Luxury Residential Construction, or Architect knowledge is a plus

Full-time role: 40 hours/week $20 Per Hour
