Office Manager/ Social Media Marketing Expert
Work for an amazing design-build firm in Scottsdale, AZ Fratantoni Luxury Estates is seeking an office manager / Social Media marketing Expert.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer
- Perform administrative and office support activities
- Directly assist with incoming leads, coordinate, and prepare for meetings and appointments.
- Run ALL social media and blogs for our companies, MUST be proficient at this.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Maintain a structured and clean front office
- Assist Designers with various tasks
Experience/Education Requirements**:
- **Must be able to commute to our Scottsdale, Arizona Office.
- High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Office Managing, Administration Tasks. 4 years minimum Social Media, or Sales.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think, plan, and execute resourcefully, across multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of general office software and tools (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Dropbox, Mac computers)
- Exceptional work ethic with the ability to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to take direction, learn quickly, multitask, and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Industry experience in Interior design, Design-Build, Luxury Residential Construction, or Architect knowledge is a plus
