Coach USA, one of the largest transportation companies in North America, is hiring a full-time Group Travel Specialist at its Janesville, WI.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct comprehensive research on destinations, activities, accommodations, and dining options for group travel.
- Manage all incoming communication channels promptly and professionally.
- Develop meticulously detailed itineraries for retail and custom group tours.
- Utilize software programs efficiently to manage tour logistics, including bookings, cancellations, and passenger reservations.
- Execute financial transactions with precision, including collecting, processing, and refunding funds from client/vendor accounts.
- Write compelling tour descriptions and contribute to the development of annual travel plans.
- Develop and maintain a professional network of travel partners, including clients, group leaders, and vendors.
- Collaborate seamlessly and communicate effectively with colleagues as required.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of delivering outstanding customer service in a professional setting.
- Previous experience in travel or event planning preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fastpaced environment.
