The Lausitzer Seenland Klinikum GmbH is a hospital providing specialized care with a regional catchment area.

It has 440 beds in 14 clinics/departments and also includes the institutes for radiology, pathology, and laboratory medicine and microbiology/hospital hygiene.

In addition to the parent company with approximately 800 employees, the group also includes two wholly-owned subsidiaries (operating and management company at Seenland Klinikum, medical care center GmbH at Seenland Klinikum) as well as three wholly-owned grandchildren companies (Lausitz Med GmbH, Lausitz Catering GmbH, Lausitz Clean GmbH).

The Seenland Klinikum also operates a medical vocational school for nursing training with 75 training positions.

We are looking to fill the position of

Executive Assistant (m/f/d)
in full-time (40.0 hours per week) as soon as possible.

The position is located in the administrative department of Lausitzer Seenland Klinikum GmbH. The role primarily involves working with the executive management.

In this position of trust, you will excel in independently, reliably, and proactively handling the following tasks:

Supporting the executive management in operational matters and organizational processes in day-to-day business
Taking on projects in the areas of strategy and organizational development, sometimes in a leadership role
Managing, coordinating, and monitoring crossdepartmental special topics
Needs analysis and development of
