- Prepare quotes and close sales
- Product knowledge training with customers to grow their knowledge of products and installation practices
- Determine customer needs and propose appropriate product solutions
- Acquire new business
- Achieve sales goals
- Work closely with inside sales, warehouse personnel, management, and vendors
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
- Maintain awareness of market changes and competitor's actions
- Roofing (shingles, EPDM, and TPO), siding, windows, and decking product knowledge required
- Willing to jump in and roll up your sleeves to help out when necessary
- Stimulating communicators with a persuasive, but collaborative, approach to selling

- The ability to understand, quickly react, and motivate others

- Qualified Driving record
- Construction Industry experience
- 2 or more years of sales experience
- Ability to do basic plan estimation in our product offerings and the ability to navigate a specification book
