As an agency, we support the personnel development of locations, offer social media recruiting through structured active sourcing processes, develop and/or optimize recruiting strategies, and relieve HR departments, hiring managers, and executives.

Responsibilities:

Active sourcing: Identifying suitable candidates, including developing creative search strategies
Posting: You will be responsible for creating and publishing our individual job advertisements
Insights: You will gain insights into our recruiting process as well as the processes of our clients as our clients come from different industries and range from startups to corporations, there is a lot to see
Growth: As our location continues to grow, you will also have plenty of room to personally and professionally develop and eventually take on additional tasks

Qualifications:

Passion for recruiting and a team where everyone can rely on each other
Completed high school diploma
A communicative nature that allows you to win people over
The ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
Previous experience in HR, recruiting, and/or active sourcing is desirable but not required you are welcome to learn a lot with us
Nativelevel German language skills and very good English language skills
