For our leading construction materials company, we are looking for an apprentice at our location in Rüdersdorf for the CEMEX Zement GmbH company, starting on September 1st, 2024.

Construction Equipment Operator (m/f/d)

Controlling really big equipment? As a construction equipment operator at CEMEX, your tasks include operating construction machinery, as well as daily checks, maintenance, and care.

The Training:

  • You operate various construction machines and large-scale mining equipment, such as hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, and bulldozers
  • You extract limestone and consider the specified quantities and desired quality
  • You load and transport the limestone in the open pit mine using heavy-duty trucks
  • You maintain and care for the open pit mining equipment and perform minor repairs
  • You primarily work in the Rüdersdorf open pit mine

What We Expect:

  • You have a secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent
  • High level of concentration and excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Spatial imagination and a high willingness to learn and work
