Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our team.

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees.

Your duties will include monitoring surveillance systems, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents as needed.

Duties:

Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to detect and prevent security breaches
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety of all individuals on site
Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and appropriately
Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
Enforce access control procedures to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises
Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of securityrelated activities
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Requirements:

Proven experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of security protocols and procedures is essential
Familiarity with surveillance equipment and techniques is a plus
Strong observation skills and attention to detail are necessary for this role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with clients, employees, and visitors
Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally is crucial
