Customer Service Representative:

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues
- Upselling products and services to customers
- Entering customer information into computer systems
- Assisting with other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment
- Strong sales skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work full time Monday-Friday 8:00am5:00pm.
- Ability to work occasional Saturdays.
Position starts at $18.50 and includes a full benefits package including Health Insurance, retirement plan, paid vacation, sick and holiday pay.
