Your job with us:


  • Support of the sales management in daily business
  • Acceptance of delivered vehicles, vehicle management
  • Inventory of vehicles and internal order placement
  • Creation of vehicle images and labeling documents
  • Insertion in the vehicle management program
  • Coordination of vehicle registrations and cancellations
  • Monitoring of vehicle delivery dates
  • Creation of price labels
  • Creation, preparation, completion and checking of sales files
  • Maintenance and processing of customer and vehicle data using internal programs

Your qualifications:


  • Ideally, you already have some experience in the automotive trade in a similar position such as disposition, coordination, vehicle preparation or technician
  • Driver's license for cars
  • A high level of service and customer orientation, including a friendly and professional approach to our customers, is a matter of course for you
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Reliability, conscientiousness and teamwork are your strengths
  • A high level of resilience and organizational skills
  • A structured and independent way of working characterizes your daily work routine.
