Primary Care Office Manager
The Family Practice Office Manager is a healthcare professional responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating staff and office activities on a day-to-day basis at DelCare Health Solutions, LLC to provide quality, timely, cost-effective patient care, with strong marketing skills.
We are looking for a qualified Medical Office Manager to run our Family Practice and provide quality, cost-effective patient care.
Duties of the Office Manager include:
- Oversees the completion of various administrative tasks.
- Oversee medical service activities and personnel.
- Plan and coordinate patient schedules.
- Maintain communication with leadership and accounting to balance budget.
- Order medical and office supplies.
- Design and implement office policies and procedures.
- Supervise and lead office staff, Medical assistants, and MA students.
- Coordination of all clinical student schedules.
- Oversee and manage all paperwork for patient care, medical compliance, and all levels of reporting.
- Ensure positive collaboration between provider, clinical students, and staff.
- Supervise cleaning staff and coordinate maintenance activities when needed.
- Arrange informational materials for patients.
- Keep inventory records.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, rules, and regulations.
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor.
- Assist with credentialing and electronic software updating.
- Manage staff schedule.
- Direct marketing: promote the services offered in the practice and recruitment effort, help to improve online reputation, play active role in community engagement.
Office Manager requirements and qualifications:
- Previous working experience as a Medical Office Manager
- Hands on experience with minor accounting and administrative operations
- Indepth knowledge of medical procedures, operations, and terminology
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation
- Must have a passion for working with underserved communities.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in stressful situations.

Benefits
