Medical Receptionist - Warwick, United States - Comprehensive Pain Management
Description
Duties may include but are not limited to any/or all of the following:_- Welcomes and greets all patients, vendors, and visitors.
- Coordinates patient schedules with professional staff and schedules appointments.
- Registers patients, verify insurance coverage and appropriate referrals, and answers telephone and direct calls appropriately and professionally.
- Prepare patient appointments for days ahead. Preparing each patient's medical record per office protocol (i.e., lab reports, allergies, and other correspondence.)
- Directs patients for urinalysis collection.
- Perform all duties assigned
Job Qualifications and Specifications
- Medical Receptionist/Assistant experience 12 years preferred
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems.
- Active CPR Certification
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Starting at 17.00 per hour_
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
