- Manually assemble production parts using provided machines and tooling.
- Practice safe work habits and follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Demonstrate knowledge of standard work instructions and apply them to specific tasks.
- Follow procedures in operating production equipment and completing necessary documentation.
- Identify and document events that deviate from normal operation.
- Assist with training for less experienced team members.
- Follow instructions accurately and interact with other support functions.
- Utilize manufacturing knowledge to enhance process operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the operational area.
- Willingness to cross-train in different departments.
- Support various systems like EMS, QMS & H&S.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.
- Basic math and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- 1-2 years' manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices.
