- Support mid-day and end-of-day pricing processes by consolidating data from different sources, inputting them into the accounting system, and distributing accordingly.
- Maintain a tracking system for simple and complex OTC options priced through broker statements or models.
- Identify options in broker statements and provide option identifiers to third parties.
- Regularly monitor option prices and review broker quoted option prices at the end of each month.
- Track stale prices and collaborate with relevant teams to address and resolve any issues.
- Assist in the distribution of end-of-day P&L Flash across the firm.
- Aggregate broker quotes for convertible bonds at the beginning of each month.
- Contribute to the preparation of the monthly Valuation Committee package.
- Address ad hoc pricing inquiries from portfolio managers.
- 2-5 years of experience in valuation
- Educational background in Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting
