    Mid-level Frontend Software Engineer, Beavercreek OH or Colorado Springs, CO


    Specializing in high-end space, intelligence, and cyber solutions, KBR provides our customers with expert systems engineering support for solving the full spectrum of signal processing challenges.

    Our multi-disciplinary teams tackle challenges spreading across the navigation, electronic warfare, and cyber security domains. We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team.

    Position Responsibilities

    Develop user-facing features using modern web technologies , , Webpack, React, Angular)

    Proactively identify and resolve challenging issues in a variety of software applications

    Work with a team of software developers across a multidisciplinary set of software development efforts

    Build reusable components and software library to share code amongst various projects

    Requirements

    Strong oral and written communication skills

    Willingness to quickly pick up new technologies

    Familiarity with modern UI frameworks such as Vue, React, Angular, etc.

    Familiarity with CI/CD tools and modern build technologies such as Vite or Webpage

    Understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS

    Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other software development-related degree; 5+ years of experience

    Must be a US citizen and eligible for Secret or Top Secret clearance

    Preferred Experience

    Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

    Familiarity with frontend test tools (Vitest, Jest, Cypress, Playwright)

    Experience with RESTful APIs


    Basic Compensation:

    Pay range:
    $ K

    This range is for the state of Colorado only.


    The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.


    Additional Compensation:


    KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.

    Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
