A full-time / year-round position is available for a dedicated individual who is self-motivated, handy, and has exceptional knowledge of landscaping, grounds keeping and property maintenance for multiple properties in Charlestown, RI.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, thorough and attentive to detail. Must have a complete familiarity with landscaping, power tools and general repairs.Starting salary is negotiable dependent on level of experience. We offer health and dental benefits, vacation time, 401K and paid holidays.

Requirements:
- Experience in landscaping, grounds keeping & property maintenance
- Must pass background check
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Valid US drivers license
- Professional references
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
