    Description
    Full time Night Manager - 1029

    An established deli is looking for a Night Manager to oversee operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth functioning of both kitchen and retail areas during evening hours.

    Responsibilities Include:
    • Work evening shift from 2pm to 10pm
    • Manage staff and oversee operations of both kitchen and retail areas.
    • Take customer orders and ensure timely and accurate service.
    • Ensure cleanliness and organization in kitchen and retail spaces.
    • Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
    • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
    • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food preparation meets quality standards.
    • Close out cash registers and reconcile daily sales transactions.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Provide leadership and support to staff to maintain a positive work environment.
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in retail or food service management.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service abilities.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
    • Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise.
    • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
    Salary: $50k - $60k/Year
