Catalina Snacks is a fast-growing food company producing and marketing Keto-Friendly / Low-Carb Cereals and Snacks. We are looking for coaters for our Lebanon facility. This position will pertain to first shift.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The coater's role is responsible for preparing the cereal and/or snack mix for the production lines and ensuring the production line is kept properly filled to fulfill the scheduled production expectations.

The individual(s) in this role will also be expected to pursue growth within their career with Catalina Snacks, Inc., adding experience to their repertoire.

This includes but is not limited to sanitation tasks, warehouse-related tasks, and/or any legally viable tasks requested by the management team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Measuring, weighing, and recording ingredient usage on the pertinent documentation.
• Repeatedly lifting 60 lbs. for the duration of your shift comfortably.
• Assembling & disassembling pumps, mixers, and other equipment, as needed in order to meet production expectations.
• Communicating material needs to material handlers.
• Collaborating with quality assurance technicians and sanitation workers, in order to ensure that all quality and sanitation company standards are maintained.
• Other responsibilities, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to work at a fast pace.
• Able to work in a teamworkbased environment.
• Able to lift ingredients totes, weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Able to follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Previous experience in food production facilities is preferred, but not necessary.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

SHIFTS

• Day Shift: Monday thru Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

*Note: Hours could vary based on business needs.

Pay:
From $19.00 per hour
