Horizon Colony 'VON SCHULTZ Attorneys at Law are currently seeking a full-time Attorney (m/f/d) for the Commercial Law / IP department.

We welcome both experienced professionals and entry-level candidates.

Your responsibilities:

Our specialized team in the field of Commercial Law / IP primarily advises and represents internationally operating luxury goods manufacturers and service providers in the areas of trademark and design law, as well as competition and copyright law. One of our main focuses is combating product piracy. We provide consulting and forensic services in trademark and design infringement proceedings, trademark and design administrative proceedings, and border seizure proceedings.

Your profile:

We are looking for candidates with above-average exam results, a strong interest in economic contexts, enthusiasm and dedication in solving complex issues, as well as team spirit and flexibility.

Ideally, you also have a solid command of English and French.
