We are looking for a dishwasher with high energy and organizational skills. This is an entry level position with opportunity to learn and grown within the kitchen.

PAY:
$16-18 / hour + Tips

EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

1 year dishwashing or other kitchen experience desired
Has skill and ability to keep equipment, wares and food storage organized
Can maintain high energy thought a shift
Willingness to learn new skills
Basic reading and math skills needed

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE DOING:

Wash dishes and keep dish area and equipment areas clean and organized
General cleaning and mopping of dining kitchen and bathroom areas regularly to maintain sanitation standards
Help put away orders and organize food and paper product areas
When cleaning and washing dishes, make sure the proper chemical is being used for the task at hand, and check for proper chemical dilution regularly
Assist kitchen with daily and weekly deep cleaning items
Throw out garbage throughout the shift
Help pack and load food for events
Help kitchen cooks and chefs with light prep duties when needed

ALL EMPLOYEES NEED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING:

19 years or older
Able to lift and move 50 pounds
Able to sustain working long hours on your feet
Should have reliable transportation to get to scheduled shifts and locations on time, and to get home after your shift
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Ability to easily adapt to new settings and new team members
Can professionally follow directives and instructions, on the spot, during busy times
Outgoing high energy personality
Ability to communicate accurate information and needs peers and managers
Is problem and solutionorientated

- *Salaried FOH & BOH Managers - valid drivers license and clean driving record needed
