Originally established in 1885, Ellicott Dredges is one of the leading dredge manufacturers in the world Our equipment is used internationally to protect the environment, improve/maintain safe waterways, and mine underwater resources for economic development.

We are currently seeking a part time Customer Service/ Parts Administrator, who will interface with customers regarding part services, and technical aspects of dredges to include parts inquiries, problem resolution, and processing orders.

• Provide problem resolution and troubleshooting to customers
• Process parts orders
• Relay customer feedback regarding products to appropriate individuals in sales, quality and manufacturing
• Assist with product updates through direct customer contact or mailing
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by manager
• Limited domestic travel for occasional visits to our top customers

• Minimum of 2 years inside sales (productbased)
• Ability to interpret assembly drawings and bills of material
• Minimum of 2 years experience in technical customer service environment, preferably a heavy equipment environment
• Computer literate to include job related software, Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal/customer service skills
• Ability to work well with other departments at all levels
• Detail orientated with ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently
