Description
The Sales Engineering Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Manufacturing Sales Engineers in day-to-day operations.Essential Functions:
- Write quotes, communicate with outside sales to initiate quote followups, and maintain associated logs.
- Manage the order entry process accurately.
- Maintain and update information and pricing for standard products, VA listings, and OEM customer parts.
- Managing ERP System and CRM workstream for manufacturing sales engineers.
- Assisting Sales Engineers in manufacturing project releases.
- Review customer account and contact information to ensure accuracy.
- Set up new customer accounts and collect/input contact information.
- Maintain specs for Manufacturing Sales.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must be able to bend, walk, and reach unaided
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds (unassisted)
Environment:
- Typical professional office setting
- Routinely use standard office equipment including phones, computer, copiers, printers, etc
- Must contribute to a positive working environment
Pay:
$ $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
