Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Leader.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse and leading a team of employees to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient time keeping.

Looking for someone with a GO GETTER attitude and Team Player

Duties:

Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Make sure they are registered on the clock and guide employees how to properly clock in and out.
Assist with resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Work closely with Management to attend to their staff needs and coachings
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Data entry as needed for reporting purposes to all Management

Skills:

Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in team management

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficient computer skills

Ability to descalate situations

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
