Overview:
No medical experience is necessary, we provide all the certifications necessary during your orientation and training. We are looking for a career minded team member with administrative skills and outgoing people person qualities.

No nights, weekends or holidays.

• MUST have a great outgoing personality and be enthusiastic to learning our business.
• Treat clients with a high level of customer service
• Able to multitask and be well organized with strong attention to detail
• Selfmotivated, independent, and want room to personally develop and grow

Preferred but not necessary:

• Prior sales experience
• CPC Certified Professional Collector
• BAT Breath Alcohol Technician

Duties of the position:

• Answering phones with a "high level" of customer service
• Data entry, filing reports
• Reporting test results via the internet
• Cleaning the testing rooms and office daily
• Testing donors for drug, alcohol and DNA results (nonmedical

- no blood draws)

• Processing the donor's specimen for testing (urine, saliva, hair, fingernail and DNA)
