Kim Engineering (a regional consulting engineer firm with over 31 years of experience in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia) is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Maryland Professional Land Surveyor to join our team and oversee our Beltsville Land Surveying and Subsurface Utility Engineering operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who desires increasing responsibilities in surveying, managing, and marketing a variety of projects and wants to work with a great team of survey professionals.


What we are looking for:

  • Maryland Professional Land Surveyor license.
  • MDOT, DDOT, and/or VDOT experience a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years postlicensure experience.
  • Must possess a high capacity for selfmotivation.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
