- Quality Program Planning and Management
- Develop, calculate and report out on a variety of Quality metrics
- Independently conduct process audits
- Leading Corrective Action and Continuous Improvement Process efforts
- Utilizing Quality Management Systems, Records, & Data
- Collaborate with and support military and commercial customers
- Validate Manufacturing Corrective Actions
- Advanced level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with AS Quality Management System requirements
- Familiarity with inspection processes and techniques
- Demonstrated ability and comfort level to deliver presentations to peers, customers and upper management
- Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering or other related technical discipline.

- Experience with Risk Based Thinking and Management
