Due to our current growth and expansion, we currently have a
Front of House Manager positions available at our restaurant in Morristown.


If you have experience managing and motivating a team of cashiers and front of house staff, enjoy working in a fast-paced and fun environment, and want to join a rapidly growing company with massive potential, then we want to hear from you.


What will you be doing?

  • Hiring, scheduling, managing, and training the front of house team
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front of house
  • Creating an exceptional guest experience
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and participating in audits and inspections
  • Providing conflict resolution and ensuring disciplinary / termination procedures are followed and that all workplace standards are upheld

What skills do you bring to the table?

  • Previous experience working in a fastpaced environment
  • One (1) year of previous restaurant experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team (1 year preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS

What else do you need?

  • US work authorization (required)
  • High school or equivalent (GED)
  • Serve Safe certification (preferred)
  • Flexibility and an open schedule to allows you to cover shifts as needed
  • Reliable transportation to get you to work
  • Ability to work an 8 hour shift, which may include weekend

What do we offer?

  • Salary of $50,000 $55,000 per year (depending on your experience)

Pay:
$50, $55,000.00 per year
