I am looking for a hair and makeup service for April 28th in Woodford, WI. It would be for the mother of the child who is having their communion, and hair styling only for the sister. The communion is at 10:30am on a Sunday, so we would need to start very early in order to be at the church an hour beforehand. We would need to be ready by 9:30am.
