Shire Cleaning is seeking punctual, detail-oriented, and hardworking cleaners for a new role in the Richmond area.


Overview:

We are a newly established local cleaning company looking for 1099 contractor cleaners to join our residential team.


Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including kitchens, living rooms, and bedrooms
• Occasional deep cleaning jobs (oven scrubbing, refrigerator, etc.)

Requirements:

• Contractors must have their own transportation and active driver's license
• Must be able to present proof of insurance and sign 1099 form
• At least 1 year of working experience in residential cleaning
• Attentive to detail and thorough in completing tasks
• Punctual and reliable
• Hard working and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Strong physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
