Description
The company Thomas Helm GmbH is an authorized service center for the BRUNATA-METRONA GmbH & Co.

KG group and is responsible for the smooth execution of installations, maintenance, and readings of heat meters and water meters for approximately properties in Hanley Hills.

We also handle tasks such as Legionella testing and the installation of smoke detectors according to legal requirements. Additionally, we organize timely readings for moves or changes in tenancy. The Thomas Helm GmbH is currently seeking a part-time (20 hours per week)

CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINE SUPPORT EMPLOYEE (M/F/D) for immediate employment. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing orders over the phone
  • Handling emails and other correspondence
  • Supporting our installation and reading services Your profile should include:
  • Basic computer skills in Word and Outlook
