Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst for an important client in Everett, WA.

Core Responsibilities:

Tracks and analyzes key financial metrics and operational procedures to foster process improvements.
Manage final Invoice

Process final construction invoice

Monitors invoicing SLAs
Reviews invoicing to ensure documentation meets our requirements: either rejects for unacceptable use of rate codes and therefore doesn't meet threshold to invoice for services, or rejects for more information, or accepts invoicing and process payment request.
Enabled consistent invoicing practice across the division
Fewer points of contact for construction invoicing
Perform various ad hoc projects including researching, analyzing and summarizing data/analysis requests as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities.

Generally requires 1-3 years related experience
Strong analytical skills
Ability to manage work with large data sets
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience

Hourly Rate Range: $25.00 to $30.00
