Responsibilities:

  • Processing of tenders
  • Entering inquiries from new and existing customers (GAEB files)
  • Sending inquiries to suppliers
  • Further processing of supplier offers in tenders
  • Creation of price comparisons
  • Negotiation with suppliers
  • Direct collaboration with project managers
  • Participation in project planning until completion
  • Creation and tracking of invoices and additional charges
  • Handling of measurements
  • Collaboration with other assistants and general correspondence

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field
  • Knowledge in the fields of electrical engineering and HVAC is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Independent and structured work style
  • Knowledge of the "powerbird" crafts software is advantageous
