About the Role:

We are looking for a Service Technician/Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Bath Flip. This role will involve coordinating, attention to detail and overseeing various projects while providing field service support.

You will report to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Provide amazing service and exceptional customer interactions
Service and troubleshoot issues with bathroom installs within residential homes
Construction experience working with tools in residential homes and provide top notch customer service
Provide carpentry and basic handyman services for bathrooms, flooring, etc.
Ensure all necessary permits are scheduled and materials are available for each project
Deliver and setup display units for events and retail locations
Communicate with team members and customers daily to provide updates and address any concerns
Provide onsite support and troubleshooting for field service issues
Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met
Manage project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness
Assist in scheduling, staging, installers and warehouse procedures

Requirements:

3+ years of construction experience in a similar role
Availability & reliability hours and days vary
Brand ambassador for out franchise brand
Strong organizational, attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experienced with CRM and technology systems
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
