Within a highly collaborative team environment, this role serves as the project manager overseeing creative services and production of projects.

Also serves as a point of contact for campus partners' project requests, vendor scheduling and day-of management. Collaboration and exceptional attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Salary Grade A13 Essential Functions

  • Primary project manager; coordinates marketing projects and keeps the office's task management system updated, including daytoday production functions.
  • Develops and oversees project process workflow by scheduling project kickoff and status meetings, setting internal deadlines, and keeping project schedules up to date.
  • Manages and maintains vendor relationships and workflows.
  • Serves as lead project manager on University's institutional magazine, _Prospect_. Oversees timeline, vendor management, content ideas, meeting cadence, etc.
  • Assists team members with reviewing, editing and proofing and ensures brandalignment of projects.
  • Supports University events through the coordination, production and proofing of eventrelated marketing materials.
  • Serves on various committees as marketing department representative for large campus events such as Homecoming, Commencement, Presidents' Ball, logistics, etc.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Supports mission, vision and values.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
  • Strong project management, organizational and interpersonal skills, along with a demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Capacity for managing a robust workload and balancing a wide variety of tasks while hitting established project deadlines.
  • Proficiency in communication and relationship building via inperson meetings, and through the telephone and electronic media with a wide range of on
- and off-campus constituents, especially the University's agency partners.

  • Ability to work both independently and as a contributing team member.
  • Interest in maintaining high standards and improving personal skills and abilities.
  • A demonstrated passion for working in a creative environment.
  • Threeplus years of digital marketing experience.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Fiveplus years of digital marketing experience.
  • Prior use of CRM platforms (especially Slate).
  • Agency or higher education background a plus.
