Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and success of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the store
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assist in training and development of new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to ensure availability of products
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
• Utilize pointofsale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in a retail environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with customers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to make sound decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
