Who We're Looking For
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve customer problems with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and update customer records according to company procedures
- Research and resolve customer complaints related to product or service problems; offer solutions to problem; expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution
- Prepare invoices
- Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Prepare, review and/or edit correspondences such as form letters, reports, tables, spreadsheets, and other printed material for accuracy
- Manage incoming calls
- Contact and collect outstanding receivables from customers
- Monitor a portfolio of customers to ensure timely payments
Required Skills:
- Prior customer support experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Communicate in a clear, concise, professional manner.
- Team player
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Fast learner
- Willingness to Learn and Obtain Product Knowledge

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
