Who We're Looking For

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve customer problems with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain and update customer records according to company procedures
• Research and resolve customer complaints related to product or service problems; offer solutions to problem; expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution
• Prepare invoices
• Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Prepare, review and/or edit correspondences such as form letters, reports, tables, spreadsheets, and other printed material for accuracy
• Manage incoming calls
• Contact and collect outstanding receivables from customers
• Monitor a portfolio of customers to ensure timely payments

Required Skills:

• Prior customer support experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Communicate in a clear, concise, professional manner.
• Team player
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Fast learner
• Willingness to Learn and Obtain Product Knowledge
• Problem Solving

Data Entry, Type 50 WPM, and Microsoft Office Skills with proficiency in MS


Pay:
From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
