BMW of Bloomfield part of the Lithia & Driveway family is looking for a BMW Genius with an affinity for technology and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The BMW Genius is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information throughout the sales and after-sales processes, taking used car photos, and helping around the showroom.

_ What will you be doing?_

• Maintain strong knowledge of BMW products, services, and processes through onthejob training to answer customer questions effectively and promote a highquality BMW image.
• Address client issues in a timely and effective manner; be available by phone and in the dealership to assist with any technological issues.
• Keep track of daily deliveries, assist salespeople, and thoroughly explain all the features of vehicles to clients.
• Assist in ensuring the safe and proper maintenance and use of physical resources such as exterior display and parking, showroom area, display systems, and demonstrator vehicles.
• Travel to clients' homes as necessary for athome deliveries and technology tutorials.
• Assist in dealer swaps when needed.
• Perform physical functions accurately and on time by actively listening and carefully following instructions and procedures.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes

The pay for this position is $35,000/year plus a monthly bonus between $500-$1000*Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
