We are currently seeking a European Sales Manager for our client, a leading global manufacturer of process filtration and pumping solutions. This position will be based in Germany and offers a competitive salary (€DOE), bonus, and benefits package.

Our client has a strong reputation for providing high-quality solutions tailored to the needs of their customers in industries such as electroplating, surface-treatment, chemical, food, and pharmaceutical. They are constantly at the forefront of industry developments and are now looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join their team and develop their European sales territory, coinciding with the launch of a new product.

This role is crucial in strengthening our client's position in the European market. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets for the region, as well as achieving strategic long-term business goals and objectives. They must be proactive in developing new customer relationships and nurturing existing ones.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience selling technical, engineered solutions, preferably in the rotating equipment/fluid handling market, due to the technical nature of our client's product range.
