    Description

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or related field/technical training
    • 5 or more years of experience in project management
    • Handling 50 or more projects simultaneously
    • Strong analytical abilities
    • Experience in financial planning and budgeting
    • Solid background in IT service delivery

    DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience with Swift
    • Possession of PMP or ITIL certifications

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    A company is in search of a Project Manager to work with a major financial customer based in Atlanta, GA or Richmond, VA. This individual will be part of the SWIFT payments team overseeing various projects throughout the company.

    • Coordinates and leads various activities to support project delivery, such as kick-offs, status meetings, stakeholder engagements, change controls, and tollgates.
    • Plans and manages project delivery and inter-team dependencies.
    • Facilitates management of dependencies, risks, and impediments related to project deliverables.
    • Fosters communication and collaboration across different departments to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
    • Collects and reports status updates on deliverables to stakeholders and leaders, including progress, risks, and timelines.
    • Ensures that project execution aligns with specified requirements by collaborating with sponsors and stakeholders.
    • Guarantees compliance of deliverables with Enterprise Change Management standards.
    • Assists in resource planning for project delivery and execution.

    REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or related field/technical training.
