The responsibility of our Kitchen Director is to oversee the production of the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.
Prior experience as manager, supervisor, crew lead, shift lead, assistant manager, kitchen manager, BOH manager is very helpful to your success at this job.
Restaurant Back of House Leaders
Must have a HS Diploma & reliable transportation. Shift schedule starts from 2pm -11pm with available over-time.
