WE OFFER UP TO $1500 WEEKLY SALARY (45 hour woork week) + Benefits for an above average experienced Leadman Remodeling Carpenter.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- Utilize core skills such as hand tools, construction, carpentry, and power tools to complete various remodeling and carpentry projects.

3- Utilize relevant skills to make the new fit into the old;
4-Use experience and knowhow in water damage restoration and drywall to meet project requirements.
5- Collaborate with management to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specifications.
6- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
7- Communicate effectively with clients and management for the highest quality outcome;
8-Troubleshoot and problem-solve issues that may arise during the construction or remodeling process and provide management with suggested solutions;
9-Maintain your tools and equipment for ease of access using time-saving organization skills;
10- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge in the field.

REQUIREMENTS:

11-Above average knowhow, experience and a get it done attitude;
12-Lead-man carpentry/remodeling experience and knowhow;
13-Speak/Understand English as 1st language. We only speak English;
14-Strong organizational skills starting with organized tool layout; Organized material job site organization. Own and care for your own Power and Hand tools;
15-Reside within a 20 minute drive of 1399 State St New Haven.
