    Children's Land on Greenwood in Glenview Seeking Infant Lead Teacher

    Children's Land on Greenwood, a premier early childhood education center located in Glenview, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Infant Lead Teacher to join our nurturing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of infants in a supportive and enriching environment.

    Key Responsibilities:


    •Develop and implement daily infant curriculum and activities that support developmental milestones.


    •Provide a nurturing and safe atmosphere to foster infants' emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.


    •Engage with infants through interactive play, language development exercises, and sensory activities.


    •Maintain open and effective communication with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress and daily activities.


    •Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe learning environment.

    Qualifications:


    •A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.


    •Proven experience as an Infant Teacher or in a similar role in early childhood education.


    •Strong understanding of child development stages, especially for infants.


    •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


    •CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
