The role of the assistant includes

supporting the educational staff in caring for the children in accordance with the conceptual and organizational framework of the sponsor and the facility,
including support during drop-off and pick-up, supervision of the children, for example by taking over sleep monitoring, reading aloud, etc.,
assisting with the organization of daily daycare activities.

if you are already a qualified assistant.
if you have completed Module 1 of the assistant training (at least 160 hours) or have a care permit, and now want to complete Module 2 of the assistant training (at least 40 hours) with us.
if you are willing to participate in further training measures for at least 15 hours per year.
